Hi, My name is Shyam, founder of The Leaders’ Community – Bringing Up the Leader in You.
I come from a Computer Science background. Like many young dreamers, I believed hard work alone would be enough to build an extraordinary life.
I dreamed big. I worked hard. I failed. Again. And again.
With every setback, my questions became deeper.
“Does God really want some people to succeed while others struggle?”
“Is life only about money and power?”
“Why do dishonest people often seem to win while sincere people keep suffering?”
For years, I searched for answers—not only in success stories or business books, but in philosophy.
That search changed my life.

My search led me to the Bhagavad Gita, and from there to the timeless wisdom found throughout India’s philosophical traditions, including the Vedas, Upanishads, and the works of great thinkers who explored the nature of life, duty, and consciousness.
