Every piece is prepared with care and sent into the world within 5–7 working days.
Processing
When you place order for your peice, It takes 2-3 days to go in production and are prepared Monday through Friday. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your piece begins its journey.
Delivery windows
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–6 working days. International orders may take 7–14 working days depending on customs.
Tracking
A tracking link is sent to your email when your order leaves the house. If it has not arrived after the expected window, contact the house.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Right piece. Right reason.
If a piece is recieved misprinted, damaged, or defective you can raise refund, return or replacement request within 5 days.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with their original tags attached.
How to begin
As you receive your peice, make an unboxing video for sure and if you find your peice misprinted, damaged or defective, Write to the house with your order number and reason for return within 5 days. We will respond with the next steps within two working days.
Exchanging
Because the house operates on an absolute zero-waste philosophy, your piece is tailored individually only after your order is secured. We kindly request that you double-check your chosen size and color before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your custom piece has been made.

CARE GUIDE
Keep the meaning intact.
Good cotton gets better with time. Treat your TLC piece like something worth keeping.
Wash
Turn your shirt inside out and wash cold with similar colors. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Dry
Air dry whenever possible. If using a dryer, choose a low heat setting and remove promptly.
Tracking
The print is made to age alongside the cotton. Do not iron directly over the artwork.
